Greetings of love light and joy.

The letter of IIS coming from HONGKONG is a big surprise which makes its athuenticity questionable as IIS existed only in Manila.To avoid unnecessary confusion I as President of All India Board clarify as under.

1.All India body is a Trust founded and established by our beloved Guru, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui (GMCKS)- with all rights assigned personally by Our Guru.

2. To this effect All India body has been functioning independently since its inception so the question to derecognize this Esteemed Apex Body does not arise.

3. All India was also designated by GMCKS to handle any infringement with regards to the copy rights of His courses in the Indian. Sub-continent

4. All the courses were sanctioned by Our Guru GMCKS only.According to Atma Christine, eldest daughter of Our Beloved Guru GMCKS at the All India board meeting in Bangalore June 2007“There is no WILL left by GMCKS”( this is very relevant in view of the fact that Guru was aware very much in advance of the day and year in which is was to leave his body but still he did not leave a will to assign rights in toto to anyone). This was stated by her in the presence of Master’s wife Atma Charlotte, who also confirmed it. Thus the rights assigned by our Guru will be the guiding force to continue the charitable work of spreading Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing & Arhatic Yoga teachings, preachings, Meditations and spiritual practices of our beloved Guru GMCKS.

5. It is very relevant to note that All India permitted WPHF, India to publish books, Audio & Video CDs, cassettes and other material in the Indian Sub continent.

6. After Master leaving the body, efforts were made wrongfully to take over All India, as AIYVPHFT is the only body having the rights in Indian Sub-Continent. These destablising efforts are still continuing.

7. With the efforts failing, Private Ltd. Companies were established in the name of WPHF, IIS, so as to legally bind the Trainers through the contracts, in the absence of any assigned rights given by Guru. So do not sign any such contracts.

8. Manila wanted people to work through the Private. Ltd. Companies established in India .

9. We mailed a letter to Master’s family for the details of the rights if any given by Master to IIS / WPHF Manila. Instead of clarifying the pertinent query Ach. Danny questioned the authority of the President of All India Body, writing a mail to Master’s family about the rights.This in itself reflects that the Children of our Beloved Guru are under the influence and control of others.

10. Again we requested Master’s Family that All India wishes to work with Master’s Family as it was working with Master earlier and not with any intermediaries.

11. Atma Charlotte Anderson, (wife of Our Beloved Guru), globally working with many organizations of Our Beloved Guru GMCKS, accepted the request from All India Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundations Trust.In view of the above said facts we assure all Pranic Healers & Arhatic Yogis that all the certificates issued by AIYVPHFT continue to be authentic and cannot be questioned.In case of any difficulty or for any clarification you may contact the under signed.

A Mail from AIYVPHFT President

Dear All,

Atma Namaste,
Greetings of love light and joy, You are all aware that we as a group worked against all odds to take the AIYVPHFT out of its imminent doom, of becoming subjugated to the strangle hold of a certain group of people with vested interest, spear headed by the then President of the AIYVPHFT and the Acharyas, with the clandestine support and participation of some Trustees of our very own Pranic Healing fraternity. I am sure all of us are grateful for the Blessings and Guidance of our Beloved Master Choa Kok Sui, without which this daunting task would not have been possible and it was definitely a sign that we were doing exactly what He would have wanted us to do. However, this group of persons with vested interests did not think so and having failed in taking the AIYVPHFT by force, worked out another plan to ensure that the very existence of the AIYVPHFT would be scuttled. This they did by floating two Private Limited Companies, one to print and publish the books, CDs (see Annexure I) and other related matters and another to authorize and empower Trainers and Foundations to teach Pranic Healing in India (see Annexure II) thereby making AIYVPHFT totally defunct, because both these activities fall under the authority of the AIYVPHFT. To mask their real intentions, they made a wholly false claim that they alone have the legitimate rights to Master’s IPR and so rightfully can do what so ever they want to, even if it means that a Legally founded entity like the AIYVPHFT, which was founded by our beloved Master has to be made defunct and deprived of all rights to fulfill its enshrined objectives, to spread Pranic Healing and related teachings in the Indian sub continent. We had a doubt about what their real intentions were, but not wanting to appear preposterous or impatient, decided to carry out an Audit of Due Diligence by an independent authority, because only such an exercise would be able to expose it. Accordingly, we have authorized M/s. M.P Shah to carry out the task.

It has also come to our notice that AIYVPHFT had bought a land in Bangalore in 2006 for Rs.1.03 crores from one Mr. Malcom Saldanha. Just 47 days before AIYVPHFT entered into an agreement for purchase of this land, the said Malcom Saldanha had agreed to sell this same land to one Mr. R. Keshavamurthy for Rs.80 lacs. [This agreement of Rs.80 lacs is in our hands.] The guideline value then was only Rs. 52 lacs. Mr. Keshavamurthy withdrew from this transaction and AIYVPHFT bought this land for 1.03 crores , (i.e. they paid Rs.23 lacs more) There are a lot more issues pertaining to ADPL (Arhatic Development Pvt Ltd) with regards to the expenses made in the Ashram. We understand that a sum of Rs.11.25 crores have been spent on the construction of the Ashram, which appears to be exorbitant. Also the cottage units which have been purchased by individuals and state foundations have neither been registered nor handled over to the rightful owners till date. Surprisingly we observe that a sum of Rs.10 lacs each has been paid to a couple of foundations towards flood relief in March 2009, for floods that happened somewhere in June or July 2008 by MCKS TRUST. And the fact of this disbursement has not been revealed to any of the foundations. It has also been brought to our notice that more than Rs.50 lacs have been spent to get the bill of Zero Hunger Act approved by the Govt. To our knowledge nothing has been done on this front and the same organization has been funded another 20 lacs for flood relief last year.We await the audit report for more details.

ANNEXURE – I

The Institute for Inner Studies publishing Foundation India Pvt Ltd was formed on 24.03.09 by Mr. Sunil Prem Goyal and Mr. Amit M. Kashmiri Dhar.Within 7 days i.e. on 31-03-09 the entire stocks of books and CDs of WPHF(India) a charitable trust founded by AIYVPHFT was transferred to this Pvt. Ltd Co which had no bank a/c till then through two bills amounting to Rs.57 lacs plus. In actuality they had siphoned off the profits of a charitable trust of over Rs.35 lacks + to a Pvt. Ltd Co. It appears that there are persons common to the charitable trust and the Pvt. Ltd Co because of which this siphoning of funds was effected. The bank a/c of this company was opened only on 20/04/09. A provisional balance sheet of this company was made on 10.08.09 which reflected an income of Rs.18 lacs plus in just 4 months.

ANNEXURE – II

Another Pvt Ltd co was formed on 27.02.09 by Mr. Sriram Rajagopal and Mr. Hector S. Ramos and was christianed World Pranic Healing India Pvt Ltd. This company tried to take over the functions of AIYVPHFT. When it did not succeed, it is now trying to woo various trainers and associations in various states and has succeeded in splitting the Pranic Healing movement in India. The purpose of this company is to take over the activities of AIYVPHFT and there by bolster its profits which are accrued from Indian Trainers and Foundations.
